I was wondering where you disappeared. Good to see you back

1) No need to include parents.
2) You need not fill the form at all. Cancelling is meant for applications that are in process. For example if you had continued with your earlier application and while in process you wanted to cancel the services of your representative, you would have had to fill this. But now that you are filing a brand new application, just ignore this form completely. It is then understood that you do not have a representative.

..one more thing...in one of the post u mentioned for YOUR TRAVELS form to make an excel sheet..previously i filled with my own hand writing...can i make MS Word sheet instead of excel..and after that no need to send the original form of your travel???

thanx a lot your highness...just remained busy in new year parties so couldnt get chance to come online...one more query..in documents check list there are some forms mentioned which are related to family(spouse, dependent etc) not related to me as m single..so wat to do..should i send the forms blank or not send at all...and on checklist leave the box blank or put X for those certificates which m not sending?....hope u understand wat i want to say...

Forms not relating to you, need not be included at all. Spouse...dependant etc

Forms and documents not pertaining to us, we had just left it blank. Thats what you could do too I suppose.

Filling it by hand is good enough. dont bother about the excel sheet if you;ve already filled it.

last reported payment was of a 14th oct applicant
And its been more that one week since then
looks like my application got rejected

hello!!

i'm new here and thou i'm under august fsw, somebody advised me to drop-by here since more seniors are knowledgeable enough to answer any inquiries on this thread.

i applied under noc 3152 (fsw) last august 9,2011 and no formal result yet...i emailed CIO last
dec. 10 and received their reply last dec. 29 stating: YOUR APPLICATION WAS RECEIVED AND AWAITING REVIEW. YOU WILL BE [/b]CONTACTED IN DUE COURSE...i just want to ask what does it mean? am i included in the 500 quota? some of my friends received a negative reply due to CAP reached and they submitted earlier than mine.

hope you can help me understand about these since no words from my agency regarding ON this mater..

It may be the reason that they want to verify or they have to make decision on some area of your application. Please be hopeful, they will soon make decision in your favour.

And i hope it'll come up with some updates to my file as First time my address disappeared after 20 days of receiving PER, so i think at that time my file was received by Visa Office and as my VO is london so i didn't got the confirmation of this update but after observing the spread sheet i felt that your file is received after 2-4 weeks of receiving PER. Now it's 2nd time the address disappeared and i feel it'll come up with some update. i am hoping for the best for myself and for all those who are waiting any update. Good luck to all. i have read the guide line and documents check list carefully as directed by all seniors...i have 2 questions now
1. on generic application form , question no. 3 its written how many family members are including in this application whether they are accompanying or not...as i am single so wat to write..1 or i should include my parents also???
2. representative information is really confusing for me..in previous application i have hired a consultant...this time i am applying by my own. so do i need to inform CIC about cancelling the services of representative? because in the form both option are written cancelling or hiring a representative...

You should not include your parents here. But you have to mention their details in (Additional family Information) another form. I think, you better do it yourself. As you have experience from last time too. If you have any confusion, please share it here, All forum members very helpful to help you. Do ti ASAP. Good luck to your application.
