Hi guys, I noticed that most of the VO's were able to process some MR's already but none from Buffalo VO so far. What do you think is the reason why? Maybe because of backlogs? A lot of applications to process? Slow process? We are patiently waiting and praying for our MR to get here soon.

is there any way to learn french in mumbai.....

& how to get any certification on french which will be recognised in canada......

go2moorthy....Alliance Francaise is a good place to learn. But their course might be very long drawn. You may not have that much time. So google for private tutors in Mumbai. You will get several leads. You might have to spend about 5 to 6K per month for you and your family to learn. When you choose a tutor, remember a native french person is always a better option.

i think its 91 days from submission date of my application as of today... but still waiting....
i saw strange4ever has received his PER after 139 days,jijitipie after 109 days similalry somebody else with 119 days .....

so let me hope for the best in the new year....

Its only because your PER time came at a bad time (holiday season). So expect a bit of delay as compared to the rest in the forum.

they r the best for learning french unfortunately they charge rs13400 for one module(4 months duration) thats for the first level and for the second level similar fee and duration ......

i felt its bit costly i dont know what r other options available......

I was told that My Bank draft was encashed on 22th Dec. It is really a fair long duration from the date of my application sent Thank God. Now. I expect my PER arrives a bit earlier.

Thanks RKC for the reply.. Are you talking about the online query form of new delhi? Yeah, as you said i have written them about my problem. I also gave them my address in India and asked them to send the rectified form on that address. the last date for them to receive my documents is 24th Jan,2012. I am worried now!
Also I called one of the doctors in Canada and she said I can get my medicals done, the only thing is I will have to correct it myself on the form and I will have to write back to CHC about the correction. Please share your views...

Salam Mr, ovais, I want to ask you something, i have applied for Immigration under FSW category NOC 3112. i sent my documents on he 19th of dec 2011 and and delivered at cio Nove Scotia on the 23rd dec2011. i want to ask you, how would i know that my application is received by the CIO, and will they entertain my application before the cap apply. There are only 62 application places available only.

You know that it has been delivered. It means that most often, it will not misplaced. However, there are exceptional cases. You have to check the update every tuesday. Last week, they were encahsing the applicants of Mid of October. You have to wait. I hope, you will be in cap. Just pray to the lord. He is great.

Hi All,

Just wanted to inform everybody that I have got my package back from CIC a few days ago. My application details were as follows:

NOC: 1122
Appl Rcvd: 3rd Aug 2011
VO: London

It came back with a letter informing me about cap reached and with the UCI no hand written with red pen on the application form and another number on top.
