Thanks RKC, my mode of payment is BD and encashed date is 9th september 2011. my e-cas detail is "start processing from 1st November 2011." when SGVO will send me MR?

It's a good sign that you already have the third line,"we started processing...". in CAS details . But you know MRs cannot be timed/predicted the way we could time PER using spreadsheet.

The CIO part of processing was orderly , date wise with very minimal deviations
. It only involved eligibility check based on the file as is . Nevertheless your PER decides whether you are in or out of the PR game

The VO part of processing does not move in a set fashion & it's totally case to case. They do the ER once again , calculate points , run a number of checks before issuing MR. Even the tracking sheet we have is of little use when it comes to timing MR. Though the sheet does help to know the trends in processing at VO . Like if a same month application from same VO gets MR , then you know they are processing that month's applications and you can start hoping for MR too.

In my openion u shouldnt trust e-case, they r just for refference.
In my case i have recieved my medicals on 7 dec. But my e-case is showing RBVO since 18 nov.
So just relax ,U will get yr MR very soon.
