Hi, alain. You should be getting your MR in no time.

I've only had one employer in the NOC (Registered Nurse) I used for my application. My other jobs before were completely unrelated to 3152 and are not even in the 29 listed occupations. The main reason I could think of why they're looking for my GSI records: Could it be because I took up nursing as a second course? Perhaps they are thinking I might have been a "volunteer" nurse (even though I provided my employment certificate with compensation) . If that's the case, then I will provide them my Government Service Insurance records and contributions as requested.

My friend who was scheduled for an interview in January was also asked to bring her Social Security records (self-employed)to the CEM. She took up nursing as a second course, too. I don't know if that has anything to do with the requisition SS/GSI records.

I asked our HR about where to get gsis remittances..They told me that we could simply get this by requesting GSIS to issue as a statement of our contributions..Do you have your GSIS UMID card? you can also bring it..plus the annual income tax return to BIR, we can also add a certificate of civil service.. a statement of our PAGIBIG and Philhealth.. for job order workers contract, GSIS is not a part of our contributions(only pagibig&philhealth contributions). you can only start having your own gsis contributions once you are a permanent government employee..Our HR told me on how to explain GSIS contribuiton dates..

if you are working in a government hospital,They said the embassy also knows the hospital as it is part of the Dept of Health.. CEM is also a government agency..


to add up, I read from big O that its also a nice idea to have a picture taken of us, wearing our own uniform with our supervisors,chief nurse,assistant chief nurse,medical center chief,.. project well in the cam



any more suggestion guys?

my grandmother told me that the assigned officer now in CEM is a black lady..

I have a query regarding POF. I have submitted bank certificate and 3 months bank statement as a POF. I have taken 40% of required amount as a gift from my father and wife for which i have attached original affidavits of gift deed along with my application to CIC. Is it sufficient to satisfy CIO?

Yes it should be . On another note, a man & wife cannot have a commercial relationship. So affidavit from your wife was not required. Her money is yours & vice versa.

Is the 3 months bank statement a requirement in the FSW application? What I know is that bank certficate will be just OK (no bank statement was mentioned in the EG7 guide). I did not included the bank statement in my application. ... Just asking

It will be prudent to leave it alone for sometime till you have your visa. I've heard checks are on even after MR is released.

It's there in your PER email. Only admins can edit spreadsheet , if you have any update requests you can post here in green , one of the admin members will do it for you.

Thanks for the info RKC,. my agency advised me that they will ask me for another 50k agency fee prior to getting my mr letter with them..but anyways..God will provide.. Il just ask help from my mother

my show money was more than enough than the required amount stated by CIC..but Im still afraid to lessen the amount even if its more than the required because It is what we stated in the POF form to CIC right?

No it's not. A bank cert. should be enough (according to the checklist)

anyways..my ecas was "in process" since Oct 7,2011..
but It only has one line .."we received ur app "..nothing more..
Why are they not updating it? the per letter date..the file transfer..etc..

Hi there
On a forum from qorax it states that you must have proof of funds to support yourself and family when you land in Canada, so it seems you will still need this money or prove you have it in a canadian bank account for your landing interview.

CIC has gone paperless & NDVO- AORs are now coming by email, although I got it by snail mail.
