My CC got charged today (04/08) abt 15 min back. I am not sure how my file cleared "Check Completness" stage since i failed to provide one of the required doc(b/certif of my father & uncle) to claim 5 adaptability point.

To my knowledge the first step is not the points, its the complete application forms CIO have received, 2nd step-- they will calculate total points. I am sharing my experience, it happened to me the first time i applied. My CC was charged and later after 3months i got NER forlacking 2 points as they didn't accept my relatives not enough proof for my realtives. If u have enough points, besides adding ur relatives u r in safe side,otherwise in a risky road where u have to wait few months to get the final decision. This sounds frustrating but its how CIO has dealt with me.Hope this helps.

you might have got 67 before they count 'adaptability' (its my guess). Anyway congrats, but still CIO will check if all documnets are correct before they forward it to VO

Yes my BD got encashed and I have shown that my brother is a Canadian citizen

my CC charged yes'day. I didnt claim points for 'relatives in canada'

I do not want to disappoint you folks here but would want to share something. Last year my app was returned as it did not make into in the CAP of 1000 then. My application reached CIC on the 28th of Oct, when the website was reflecting a count of 700. On Nov 05th they updated it as 1000 and closed the NOC for the year.
Only after 1.5 month that when I emailed them they confirmed that I did not make it into the cap, so even focusing on Aug 03rd will not help. We are all hanging by a thread.

So 500 applications received under noc 1122 within the first week of july is pretty realistic.

The update of 700 I guess happened on the 15th of October around 5 days before I sent the app on 20th...The update of 500 came on the 5th of Nov .. So it was not really a week..probably 3 weeks..
