but look at melkhatib's call to cio follow:

"Good news just now I called CIO and she told me that yesterday afternoon we started opening files of 1st week of September and she gave my client id but it's not working online good luck to all"

and prapplicant is a sep 13th applicant and got an email regarding his case,,, how could they reached to sep13 and the agent just told melkhatib that they started with september applications yesterday afternoon!!!!

any explanation?

Hi mrni007,

U are not the only one in this sittuation. I got the same message like you in their email reply and my ECAS shows exactlly the same ,but my AOR was received on 26 october. CC was charged on 06.October.
I still did not received any PER/NER and I have called CIO today and the lady at first could not find me just by file number because in their first AOR did not provide Client ID.
Finally she put me on hold and after about 10 minutes, came back and told me that CIO is proessing application from 21 July still.
I somehow got the feeling she had no idea why PER/NER is not given yet, but told me to wait 2-3 more weeks.
Anyhow, I'm writing to them another e-mail and ask for a file update as we speek!

Try using another internet browser, it doesn't work well with Opera for example, but should be fine with most others, especially IE or Chrome.

Hi, guys! Does anybody know if one gets NER does CIC return the application and fee payment together? And how long does it take? I am asking because we are planning to apply again and we need the original IELTS results. Really appreciate your response.

It takes 4-6 weeks for your documents to come back, original IELTS will be with your documents. But to get your money back you'll most likely have to apply and wait again. What was your fee payment method?

My docs were received last aug 30, 2011.Sadly, no email has been sent yet for confirmation. If I'm not able to receive any email, would that mean that I need o reapply?Is July the month to start the application?

Actually, I am not sure if they return your documents in that case, my guess is they probably will. An instruction about a refund will be included. In our case we had to simply fill the form and send it to VO.

Well if u look at it on google map
the same building has two entrances
One from george street and the other from dorchester street..
So its the same building but different entrances...........

They have stationed

now to the entrance on Dorchester Street............
