hi kyle! we have the same problem. i filed under noc 3152 as well, my application was received on July 20 2011 and until now, I have not heard anything from them. I will contact the bank today if my DD was encashed already.

i feel better now, i thought my documents are lost that they can't review and notify me anymore for any PER/NER/or whatever. thanks so much for the update. i better need to check on my bank too... please get in touch. thank you

Hi guys.. Im not sure if the CAP for nurses closed on the 20th or earlier..but my friend who's application arrived on CIO on the 18th already got her PER and 2nd AOR..here documents are already here in CEM..

OMGEEE..I WAS SHOCKED TO RECEIVE MY 2ND AOR TODAY FROM CANADIAN EMBASSY MANILA..i THOUGHT MY FILE WOULD ARRIVE AT MANILA BY NEXT WEEK..BUT IT WAS SENT TODAY..IM STILL WAITING FOR MY BONUS THIS THURSDAY..BUT THANK GOD COZ MY FILE WAS RECEIVED SAFELY..

well first I bow my head in the feet of lord and my baba...JAI SAI RAM.

I applied on 1st July and my file was received by the 7th July. I got my cc charged on the 29th Aug.That was a day I was very very very Happy and couldn't express the relief I experienced. Then came 23rd September and I got my NER. I also cannot forget that day when I reported on this very same forum about my NER and I saw a lot of people congratulating each other on their PERs and I wished very well for them and thought why I had to be the not so fortunate one.

Lost hopes But my wife said lets ask them to open our file again and very skeptically I agreed and spoke to a few of the lawyers and they said once NER is received, there is no provisions to reopen the case however some of the immigration lawyers may claim that they can request reconsideration but they were asking like cad1000 or something like that. another hope lost that day. again, thanks to my lovely wife's persistence and patience, I myself wrote an email to cic requesting reconsideration of my case and stated that I do not agree with the decision made and would like to know the process for appealing in judiciary or ministerial.

Surprisingly and that too pleasant, cic responded saying I should send them some more documents substantiating my claim that I am eligible under the 1122 and why I should be reconsidered. I collected all the relevant docs and resend the envelope to Nova Scotia and GUESS WHAT-------8th Nov , I got an email asking me to disregard the letter sent 23rd September and they sent me my PER.....I cannot express my gratitude and happiness and wish that all who lost hopes make a try and may BABA bless everybody with a cheerful news.

I believe these are my wife's karmas that made these happen and I saw the conviction in her that this will happen.

admins---- please update my status in the master file and will really like somebody to share the steps after PER is received.

Hi, I have a question.

If I am doing my medicals outside my country, will the doctor send the result directly to my country. Or they only send it to the local office and then update the status online?

I am not sure if I should go back to my home country to do the medicals, maybe it's faster?

Hi kyle, Do you remember when the cap for 3152 reached on CIC website ? On the spreadsheet the last encashed 3152 (her fee was processed on 16th Sep) has application filed date of 19th July. Since no other 3152after 19th July reported encashments , it may have actually capped on that day ( assumption solely based on spreadsheet). Hope you hear something soon.

Hey Ahora, you are very much on the ss ,we moved you temporarily to returned applications sheet , will move you back once you reapply. Please confirm again if CIO couldn't charge your CC or Is it just your thought? You have me confused with the PM you sent.

I called to CIO yesterday and they said after searching about my information that my application is under processing and I should to wait . they said too my application is complete and they didn't try for CC charge until now cus this depends to your NOC.

Okay it was just your thought about the CC blunder, if only you had specified that in your PM. No problem I will put you back where you belong right away. I don't quite understand why they said CC charging depends on your NOC? Fee processing can't have to do anything with NOC.

right you are in cap because your application has been checked for completeness but your fee will be charged with other batch of your NOC on their own convinience because now a days they are concentrating on 3131.

To tell u the truth I don't know but I think applicant under this NOC should have more experience and documents to others u can check it . Sure if I receive any news share it here thanks my friends.
