Hi RKC, NKKD, BigO and all the older members of this forum..
After missing out twice on the 1122 due to Cap, my app for Quebec was received yesterday by the processing office.. keeping my fingers crossed.. Hope I'll be lucky this time.. :)

Your perseverance will pay off grim. Quebec has better processing time (CSQ + VO). It will happen. :)

Wowoweee! Good news! Hey wait, the pack was not sent via DHL? Man, that's scary. Philpost can really be unreliable.

wow 67points..congrats..so from the date of your aor..ur mr was sent by manila vo with in 1 week..

the only problem is the Phil postal office..especially when we live in the province..they deliver it for almost 1 month from manila to a specific province..I think those who lives in manila can receive the letter faster than the others.. :) congrats!!

Nope, regular post only. Zelda82 and I have the same processing day but she got the mail on time.

Thanks for the advice 67points.

That's disheartening news about philpost being the courier of choice. I have not had any good experience with philpost at all. There were instances when i received mails that were sent 2-3 months back. I hope there is a way to check with philpost if I have incoming mail. I will try to pass by the branch nearby later this afternoon.

I thought I saw Zelda write that hers came via DHL. Maybe I read it wrong. I'll look her post up to check.

Probably, but I am not that far from Makati. The 2 recent long Philippine weekend could also be the reason for the delay. But It's OK coz even if I got it on the 26th I don't think I could immediately attend to it :P

Thanks! You'll get yours soon!

Zelda also got it by regular post. I don't know why CEM can't afford to use courier for MR, LOL :P I believe CEM use DHL when PPR

Hi! Just a question regarding the mailing address for the MR. The address that was on my e-cas (which disappeared) was my representative's office not my home address. Of course I also provided my home address in the application forms but couldn't remember which address I indicated for mailing. Is it expected that my possible MR would be sent to my rep's office address since it was the one in my e-cas? By the way, I received the Manila AOR on Oct. 18. I agree that philpost can be really unreliable. I hope it won't get lost.

Thanks in advance. Good luck. :)

Right. I just checked. Zelda said CEM called her to verify her address and told her they were going to send the MR via DHL. As it turns out, they sent the MR via regular post.

So that means I am heading to the post office this afternoon. Philpost scares the bajeeeeessus out of me. I am half expecting they are going to tell me they mistakenly sent my mail to tawitawi. hehe
