guys..CIO first updated their cap last july 20 right?..someone here posted that CIO usually opens our files 2days
upon receipt and marked it as complete or not..so if its on july20..and only 50 plus applicants on the cap of noc 1122 and 26 application for noc 3152 for 18-20days? It means they have rejected some applications? can we email them? :-X

That day only i was watching on Discovery Channel that dogs in Canada have been trained to receive letters and newspapers and hand them over to their owner

my tough nut was Glenn Miller...
on canada411 there are 2 Glenn living in Halifax, NS- so one of them is the culprit....

Hmm except that Halifax is around 400km (5 hour drive) from Sydney where CIO is, so if he lives in Halifax and works in Sydney he has around a 10 hour commute each day!
