i have been trying to type it on PC form IMM 5562 but doesnot work, those who have submitted it please helpme out to fill this form, Do i write with pen using black ink?

Another way is to use Adobe Acrobat Professional and use its typewriter function.

What is the working Procedure followed by CIO Sydney ?

Is this like :
1 Application received by CIO
2 Check for completeness ( If something missing, return)
3 Charge CC/BD etc (Without looking at CAP)
4 Check with CAP (If any slots remain ) If CAP is full, return
5 Eligilibility review (PER or NER issued)
6 If PER, forward to visa office

This is my understanding, if others have better understanding, please let me know

I can't believe they are charging without looking at the cap, since then they would have charged many others and also charge those from July that got their application back. Also when they return the application they return the fees, so they have to issue their own BD (which is more expansive then not charging at the first place).
Also as I understand from others experience, when fees are charged, one is in the CAP.
So this case makes the CIC procedure very strange and I would suggest, those who got their application back to appeal to the CIC as the CAP was not reached in July but in August as per CIC claims and this case of CC charge for application reached in August.

The CC for the applicant of 1st august has been charge.

When will this 1122 inquiry end...............?
It has been said 1000 times..........

Perfect, CC/BD charged only after CIO double sure of CAP and eligibility criteria including completeness of application. that is the reason CIO takes time to charge CC\BD.

just want to double sure.. can you post screen shot of ur CC showing charged by CIO....... cause lot many ppl appled after 9th july-11 has got their apps back.... and your case is exceptional if it so.... i think you can understand the point.

Here nobody is discussing about PER, ppl are surprised howcome his payment was done since all the applications are being returned which are received after 8th july, his CC charged means he is included in the CAP theortically and may get the PER as well why not..
