Hello Everyone,

First I would like to congratulate and thanks the creator of this forum, indeed it is helping all those aspirants who submitted their applicaiton and waiting for progress updates for months now.

I am one of the aspirant who submitted my application under FSW 1122 NOC through a representative.
Application reached on 11th July 2011 and since than I have no informaiton on the progress, I keep bothering my representative and he keep saying CIC has not debited CC yet.

In the spreadsheet application of priyavig said to have reached on 8th July and returned due to CAP REACHED but at the same time I see some application that has reached on 11th July has not yet been returned?
How should we take this? is the date received mentioned by PRIYAVIG is correct? if yes does mean all applications reached after 8th July will be returned?
As I understood from my representative if an application has to return it will be returned quickly and will not take such long time.
Can some please clarify the situation? also update my details in the spreadsheet.

Yeah! Im dying to know the same thing you are mentioning! very strange that some applications returned due to cap reached after the 8th of july, and others got AOR and fee charged in CC around the 11th of july!
please someone that really knows whats going on halp us with this precious insight!

Hey guys,

In my opinion no news is sometimes good news.
Nobody know's exactly when the Cap for 1122 was reached, I think not event CIC.

Hope that everything works out OK for you.

With this pace of CIO, Aug applicants will see PERs in the month of December onward !

Hey guys,

I have just checked my ECAS and it has changed straight to "In Process" without going "RBVO" first. I am so exited! Although when I have clicked the status, it says "we received your application on July 8" . Is it for real? So fast? Maybe it is a kind of mistake?

WOW!WOW! OMG! Its raining 'in process'. I can't believe this. It seems too good to be true but if it is true, our lives are going to change for good very soon.

All august applicants, do not worry. Your applications will be processed. We heard that realmadridpj cc got charged whose application was received by CIC in august.

what is your VO?

As you can see from the spreadsheet that applications received on July 13th are getting PERs. Based on that you can calculate as to when you may get your PER. All the best as you begin your journey.

First AOR and file transfer to visa office: 26 July 2011
Visa office: London

I’m a bit confused about some of the applicants that I’m ready about and seems that they got their medical request after only couple of months from submitting their applications!!!

Can someone help me to understand what exactly the time frame that I should be looking for ? PLEASE HELP

Hi all
congrats to all who recently recived PER or RBVO or Payment

Ithink that "IN PROCESS" - does not mean that we are to recive MEDs soon
in local forums there are a couple of people who only last week recived first PER and thier status today is showing "IN PROCESS" all prior to RBVO or 2ed PER
I checked my status yesterday and it was RBVO and today its "IN PROCESS" - even though the local embassy (VO) does not open today at all.
Thus i think "IN PROCESS" is a status that comes a week or so after the changes that occur on the way to final PR

I wish that i am totaly wrong about what this "IN PROCESS" means, and hope that we are on a fast trak to PR in Canada, but i think we should be more rialistic about it and come back down to earth.

I think its gonna take time and we should not hope to recive PR till July - August 2012
And again I hope and wish to GOD that i am totaly wrong

All of August and September applicants will see there cc/Bd/dd charged in coming months because only 42 applicant left after 162 number who already got his cc charged. If u deduct 1122 from the rest of the applicant only 42 left. So cic took 162 applicant by 3 months. Now next 42 by next one month.
