Hi RKC,

After Long time....... I would like to ask you that on which address NDVO post the ordinary mail?? Actually I applied through consultant and in the address over ECAS status, his address from CANADA is visible..... Will they send an AOR to my local address from INDIA or in CANADA which is my consultants address.....??

All the correspondence from CIC will be carried out with your representative (consultant) . So 2nd AOR would be sent to your consultant in Canada.

It means that CIO in Sydney has received 500 applications and no longer accepts any app. for NOC 3152 until 01.07.2012.

Most likely yes it will open again for NOC 3152 but CIC can change the list of NOC's valid for 2012-2013

That seems delay in my process of getting 2nd AOR... 10 days min it will take to physically transfer the file from CIC to NDVO, 2 days it will take NDVO to send AOR again back to my consultant at canada, 10 days min to reach the post at consultants address..... resulted, delay in getting 2nd AOR by 22 days (near to one month).... Means if everybody is expected to get RBVO / 2nd AOR status on or after 21 days from PER date; i should expect 1 month delay in that..... 2 months in total to get 2nd AOR from PER.......

Very sad now.........

Can I change the Address by using online address change link provided by CIC? DO i need to send any other information which will support to my change in courier address....?

You have to notify NDVO about the address change at the link https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/cicemail/intro-eng.aspx?mission=new%20delhi
Also quote your application no. in the letter.

Don't worry too much about the 2nd AOR. It's just an acknowledgement from the VO that your file is now received by them. You will know that by ecas too when your status changes to 'RBVO'. Instead pray that your status turns to 'IN Process" soon.

Will change my prayers now..... Will pray for In Process status.... Bt before that preliminary cndtn has to get fulfilled..... which is RBVO.... then can wait for 3 to 4 months , bec I have already made my mind that NDVO will work in INDIAN style only, may anyone else reduces their processing timings......

Thanks RKC, for adding that column. I was just looking atvNDVO spreadsheet for MI2 applicants (Jun 26, 2010 to Jun 30, 2011) and I can see that the time required for issuing a PER for MI3 applicants is lower than last year. This is nice to know. But I am afraid the numbers could go up if CIC slows down on the process. There is actually an increase from the 60's to 80' so far. Let us wait and watch.

The processing at CIC sydney is quite consistent & orderly with respect to time. The problem area are the VOs . Some files move faster than others, it's case to case. Timelines of visa offices are very erratic. If you look at the post 26/6 after 1/1/2011 tracker, you will know that only Manila & London are doing their job as of now.

Jokes apart, except London & Manila all VOs are taking their own time and tampering with Total Processing Timings....... As they know everything is depends upon them now.... What checks they do in this 4 to 5 months time......

Hi, Welcome to the forum the letter you received from local embassy is actually 2nd AOR.
