Hello.. I did provide a very detailed job descriptions that included two A4 size letters filled with my Job description and daily responsibilities as Signed by my Vice Presidents for the organizations that I work for.. I am not sure what are they doing here but I may file an appeal,, again may be as It is not only time consuming but engaging a lawyer in Canada for this purpose could cost to the tune of CAD 7000 or so and the chances are again 50-50 . So not sure what worth would that be.

hey all , i have a question.

i applied in 1122 and noc reached so i am not that hopfull about my app reaching the cap even though it was there before they decalred cap full.
i am also eligible in one more code of 1233, but i could send docs as they were not with me as full, i just has one doc. but now i am thinking off applying again in that code in case my app is back. but after reading posts here i will get my app returned that late which will make PCC more then three months old. now do i need another PCC for this to apply or i just send my same PCC with new application.

My Name is Sujana Karim Susan ( 31 ) . I passed CSE ( Computer Science and Engineering / 04 year study ) from a private University last 2004 and then completed MBA ( Major Management / 3 semester i.e. 01 year ) as well .

I got a job an Inspection company as IT Executive , this company work for Marine, Automobile , Property ( Factory, House, Warehouse , Apartment , etc. ) survey and clime insurance if any damage or lost during policy period . While I did IT job and similarly I working with Insurance clime department ( Becoz of extra benefit) . This company computer LAN ( Local Area Network ) system I implemented 2006 and so far it is running smoothly if any problem I solve as well . But since March 2007 I mostly serving with Insurance claim department and my boss advise me to look after the department and issue a transfer letter as Executive ( Survey and Clime ) .Still it is continuing and now I'm Sr. Executive ( Survey and Clime )

My Job Duties : While any damage or lost automobile , marine ( specially container ) and property , then survey and make claming report on behalf of our client . I work with Fire department ( cause of fire ) , Health department ( specially doctor if any injury or death ) , Police department , Land valuation company , Environment Dept. etc. We help the client to get insurance coverage money ( 100% or partial )


It is Govt. registered Survey and Inspection company . w/o our inspection report Insurance company not pay the policy amount .

My Husband is MBA ( IBA DU ) / 35 age / serving as a Manager in a MNC .

My Paternal Uncle live in CANADA since 1998 and holding CANADA Passport

Please advise me I can apply the NOC 1233 my education is ok or not , what Point I got as above . What IELTS score I need ??

Were these activities Process Redesign, Business Transformation, Process Relocation, Service Delivery and Pr-Sales fields done for clients? (& not for your own company). Basically they need you to be a business consultant providing services to other businesses & not your own (business/company).

Hello Everybody,

We (my hubby and I) have been following this forum for all the help and guidance we required during filing our application. And we must admit, we almost hired a consultant, but after I found this forum, the thought of going through an agent seemed redundant. Whenever we had a doubt we would simply come into this forum and search with keywords and found solutions already provided for all our queries.

Our application has reached CIC on the 14th of Sep. We never imagined we were late in filing our application. Infact we took great pride and celebrated the day we couriered the application (after 2 months of hard work). I thought of joining into this forum after we recieve the PER, but seeing the rate at which NOC 0631 is moving, we are rather anxious now. Anxiety shared is easier than grappling alone. Hence here I am. To be part of this warm and welcoming family

Happy to be here...and hopefully we make the journey towards our Visa together.

you can send a complete package without the pcc but be prepared to submit to vo, you need to act fast. goodluck

im not too vast on insurance but seem you can make it, give it a shot. to determine your score, only you can do it yourself, go to cic homepage, take the self assessement and get your ielts. btwn, dont procastinate!

i have quite a similar profile.. business advisory services to clients... i got to wait and see..

Can you try arranged employment if your organization is global?

with the rate 0631 is moving, your application should be in as long as there's no backlog stretching from sydney to toronto.welcome on board and good luck.

I think that there might be a chance for you and your husband to make the cap, I understand your anxiety but please be positive as you have a chance, even if you don't make it, you can always try next year.

In my opinion a consultant can be hired by a private company to do just that. That company is yours.
In the description it says that consultants can be hired across the public and private sectors.

Actually Its harder these days to get assignments internally into the North American Geography as the work is moving more to Growth Markets like South America, Egypt, India & the Philippines. Its kinda hard to get internal movement back into the geography from where the bulk is coming but yes, It will be fantastic If I can arrange that. I am on it now and lets see If I can apply next year..... Amen!
