I have to receive my visa first,
then only can plan

My medicals expire in April, So before that if visa comes insha allah.

Finally the long roller coster ride, with lot of bumps, stress, anxiety and tension came to end..Finally got DM with CA address appeared in e-cas yesterday ;D ;D !!! I thank the almighty/lord for his blessings...

Now' I wait for the stamped visa to Arrive from NDVO !

Not to forget, I sincerely thank the following members/friends form the bottom of my heart. but under your id you have mentioned interview, when was your interview and what was the reason?

I have not any interview till now , I have a lawyer , I asked him why no news about my file , he said maybe you are in the interview list so I write INTERVEIW just this,

Please help me what I have to do?Now I am in another country that my lawyer is there , he don't consider to my emails
I asked him order may CAPIS he said that I have to pay 150 $ to do it for me.

What is your suggestion for me???

In your timeline profile you have mentioned re-medicals? Can you please tell me what was the reason for re-medical? And after how long of doing first medical, did they ask you to do re-medical? How did they inform you that you have to do re-medical via email or postal mail?

I will really appreciate if you can provide an answer to my questions.

and they wrote over all 6.5..how it is so?
they wrote it correct?

and is this acceptable as spouse ielts?

Sure sam10-

1st my original meds happened on May 8th and DMP sent the report to NDVo by 11th I guess. Then nothing Happened till Aug. Post that I started sending them CSE asking for more status on my appl…a couple of replies from them but unclear. Then came the bazooka on Sep 16th that they had sent us re-meds through post on June 9th. I wrote them we never got pls re-send us. Sep 22nd they sent us re-meds through email and I took appointment at DMP and got remeds done of my spouse for potential TB…all’s was well and DMP sent them the report next day. Sep 28th they had the report and Oct 1st I had the med recvd line in my ecas.

Rest is history.

This journey had more bumps sam10, but to keep it short all’s well what ends well…god has been kind I must say.
