Could someone please help me understand how come the CIO is no longer issuing "acknowledgement of receipt" (AOR) but instead go straight to "positive eligible review" (PER)? I am asking this because on your forum profile information, there is actually no option to put in PER but only AOR. Is this because the forum profile was based on the old method of applying? If that is the case, then we should just wait for PER and NOT AOR, right? And this PER will be sent by e-mail to those who have chosen to include their e-mail addresses into their forms IMM-008 as it states that, "by indicating your e-mail address, you are herby authorizing Citizenship and Immigration Canada to transmit your file and personal information to this specific e-mail address." Those who did not put in their e-mail addresses will get PER via snail mail, I guess.

For all those new applicants who paid through Credit Card....I request you to call your bank and ask them to put a 'note' on your account about the upcoming CAD transaction if you have not already done so.....without which there could be chances of the bank declining the transaction. This will prevent us from any CC related rejections.

I know guys it's not good to accuse or insult some other person on this forum, but satish is also right guys plzz agian check the mail of tenby than you will know he is fooling us. Satish pick his mistake thats why in emotions he write this to him. It's not his mistake. But please check again what tenby paste his mail. There is a difference in both the mail what he send and what he got from CIC.

You are correct both mails are different. Control satish control we will get the AOR or PER. wait buddy for some time. I know some people here making confussion but all they are writting will not make the cap and in furstation I think they are spreeding nonscence here. GOD is with us

Buddy don't mind but I am really not understanding that what fun u guys have in publishing wrong information on this forum.
You claim that u received this mail from CIO now tell me one thing that when you wrote them I was applying and in return mail you received I am applying tell me that software which changes the tense of a sentence in the reply mail.
Request to you and people like you to stop fooling others.

Guys like tenby and others who are making non sence here are in fustration b'coz some reason they don't make the cap and all fustration are putting in this forum. Over 98% in this forum people don't have the negative reply or they don't know about there file. Only 2 to 3 % people claiming that caps reached. So guys don't penice and relax and wait for cic reply. CIC is doing work on our files and they want some time to clear all situation so control your self and ingore 3 % on this time. When this percentage increase then we have to think seriouly but not now. Atleast wait for 3 months for AOR

If you are the applicant than it's optional to you to submitte your spous work exp doc. copies with file. If you want to submite than there no problem and if you don't than also there is no problem. But remeber one thing the documents you are sending to CIC if due to some reason thet retuen your file in future they keep the record of you and your spous. That means if you are not sending the spous work ex. doc with your file you have to show her house wife in application forum and in futire also you have show her house wife.

And they did not reply. So I replied to them another email and include the CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @
And I did not paste the reply email.
Today, I received CIC's reply.

I don't want to cause any confusing and just paste what CIC replied to me.

I just received an email from CIC one hour ago and told my application was returned on Sept 6th due to CAP reached.

NOC: 1122
Application sent: 6th/July/2011
Application received date: 12nd/July/2011

Really feel bad!!! Don't know other case. This is really true.
