but no one from our forum between 5th and 10th july received per/ner and directly this guy from other forum got ner and his app reached on 10th july .... very strange

Do you have any idea why he received a NER?

Irrespective of the authenticity of this claim the likely reasons for the NER would be the following:
1. The job title cannot be seen among the list of approved titles for NOC 1122 try to check the website of Human Resources and skills development Canada (hrsdc.gc.ca)
2. The job description on his/her employment certificate does not match those indicated for NOC 1122
Shall the veracity of this claim is proven, I feel sorry that he/she received a NER for the said application but the said correspondence from CIC is sufficient proof to say that indeed CIC is still processing NOC 1122 post-8th of July.

there is a lot of July 2011 applicants who's cc/dd is not cashed yet. so far i remember last encashment on this forum is 20th july. u have to wait another 1 month i guess

10th July was sunday rightly said by Jasraj. And the way he said he got NER (showing this face ) doubts his claim. even if he says no no it was 9th then it was saturday.
so i doubt his claim of reaching his application on 10th july n being assessed.

My ECAS says the same thing.

According to wayne's blog, that is exactly the format previous applicants saw on their ECAS.

If all goes well, then in 2-4 weeks time, the status should change to "received by visa office"
