i have landed in winnipeg on 3rd of may. This is a good part of canada. I am getting good opening in my sector within this few days.

NOTHING TO WORRY

Dear All,

I need a help/advise from you all. I've got an additional line in my ecase; We started processing of your application on 1st May. Today I gave a call to my consultant and ask him about the status of possible MR or Interview but surprisingly he said that it will take 4 to 6 month to hear from LVO after starting the application processing, but many applicants in this forum have got theirs after 5 till maximum 30 days after the ecase updat. I think maybe they have got a letter from LVO for some information/clarification from LVO or something like this due to bad compilation of my file during submittion, so they are sure it will take more time till hear from them. Please share your ideas.

those agents are horrible. believe me i got my medical on16th March and the letter was dated 9th feb and my case status changed to We started processing on 5th Feb so please dont believe them i had to fight with them to get my MR as they told me the same thing i should expect something after 6 months.... i was in UK tht time but i applied through NDVO... talk to their boss and ask them to change address to your address and send them case specific inquiry... I had to manage medical and all other docs in 10 days as my deadline was 30th march... do not rely on them... follow the time line on this forum.... this forum gave me strength to fight with their boss and ask for my medicals... all the best

If you really have that bad links with the consultants then I would suggest to inform CIC & cancel the consultant's role so that every correspondence will come to you directly...

I would also suggest you to prepare your pcc if you have not submitted as it takes 10 days from London and 2 weeks from Indian embassy and lot of paper work... at-list u can save same time......

A lot of friends from the forum faced this with their banks. But on insisting, they succeeded in getting the encashment date (even from local banks such as Vijaya, Canara and all). It's your right buddy to know the whereabouts of your money. They are your bank and are obliged to answer you.

Try your luck again. And be persistent. At least you will know if your RPRF has been taken and it will provide you with some relief, believe me!
