Well yeah im on waiting line for PPR-2. And you r very right, you can't predict Visa officers.
One of my city mate got PPR-2 in just 15 days after receiving of documents by VO. and i'm waiting from 7 weeks.

Not good news for me today morning, My file was returned due to cap full under noc3112, my file was recd in NS on 25th october 2011. What should I do now? any idea?

I was under the impression that all interviews relating to work / education / relationship etc happens before MR. Infact based on those findings, an MR is issued. Any interview after Meds, I gathered, was security related. So this is news to me. So does this mean background checks etc continue even after MR?

This must be a rare situation though!

Yes, hoping good news knocks soon enough for all of us. Looks like NDVO is busy clearing up MI2 right now. So we got to wait our turn. This had happened once earlier as well. Then Abhishek Goel would roam all over the forum and bring us fresh news (I miss him!).

Owww...this is the worst feeling...after having putting in so much efforts. Only thing now is to wait for MI5 and apply as soon as possible.

Lets wait dear for couple of weeks because in May, 2012 they are going to be very fast in iissuing visas for us. Still m any july-aug-sept-oct-nov applicants submitted their medicals and pasports with fees and waiting for mapleleaf !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
