It depends, it can be a normal call of 2 mins and in cases they can personally visit (outsourced to third party) also, personally visit happens in worst case.

Have you got the medical request ??

As you should be full filling one of these conditions

an invitation letter/ CIIP brochure from CIC, or
a medical notification letter, or
a visa pick-up notification letter, or
a visa but have not yet landed in Canada

I can attend sessions at chd or delhi..but I hvnt registered yet? When is nxt session planned in Delhi?
