Means...VO will take some more time to assess cases which requires more time for background checks and where many authorities are involved in giving feedback to CIC....just a guess..you c..

But I assume the time gap bw DM for those requiring outside clearances should not be more than 2-3 weeks.. 8) 8) so don't worry you will be there..it's just a matter of few more days...

but i dont thnk so many mi-3 applicants waiting like me and i know my friends who applied still waiting but they never moved out of india

assuming rprf encashments - miteshkapadia, smartpt and myself all got encashed on same day

mitesh got visa issued on 10th april , smartpt got y.day and i didnt got yet

they both never out of india and am out fr 3 yrs

so ur point may be true

hey.. I just noticed that your case did a sprint till your MR...you applied on 10 th nov..and way
ahead of many applicants...
I applied on 1st nov....with 30 days of waiting after PP submission. ;D

WHat is 45 days processing rule after medical? i am waiting for passport request... does it me we must submit passport within 45 days

Your case seems very similar to LVO applicants where PP is requested once BC and MEDICALS are done....wish you luck with PP request and once VO office request they will stamp and return within a week. Cheers...

As/spreadsheets... like prateek...mayankpt and shibu didn'receive PPrequest but just MEdicals...? Guys correct me if I am wrong...
Do you think ndvo is slowly implementing practice followed by other VO....OR their case being processed by the same VISA Officer..????

hey sidestep it doesnt matter i think personally that u were away from india.. provided u submitted a correct PPC.. i mean did u submit FBI finger printing 1..if yes then thr shudnt b any prob at all.

in my case they asked FBI and Italy pcc but I explained them that I did not stay in any place for more than 6 mnts as I worked in cruise lines. They en cashed my dd and still w8ng for dm. 43 days finished after pp submitted. Wat do u think they put me on hold till I submit pcc or they consider my case as I worked in cruise
One more questtion if my travel history is more does it delay my process

hey sidestep, I think wecando has point. I know one of forum member who submitted pp rprf in Nov got visa a week ago and he used to work in cruise too. But he is an mi2

i was in UAE for just 6 n half months but i have submitted UAE's Pcc.... no issues with that
but ur right that additional time will be taken to process if the person has been away from his country..
but again as u said itl take hardly 15 days...

i don understand their funda as well... they emcash the dd they make us wait... and processing time
after pps submission sucks.. no que system nothing.... its irritating frustrating... its been 50 days after pp submission
and also i heard they are processing on the priority of NOC's.... and i applied in may 2011.... still waiting... god help us all....
