I send birth copy of birth certificate ,passport, new form (imm008),additional family information form,fees forms(with credit card no-150$) and photos.

I send mail on 3rd, 20th and 23rd....yesterday i send a fax too...

there is no separate forms for each individual for medical...and they r telling to do medical for all family members...

1- will i receive AOR from LVO?
2- when will ecase show "we statred processing your application at--- ", before background checks or after?
3-when they will contact my employer ?
4- i attested my degrees through higher education commission , will they verify my applications from universities.

1) LVO doesn't issue AOR.

2) In most cases when they are ready to issue your MR,. B Checks normally happen before medicals are issued ( with exceptions) There are some rare cases when an applicant was summoned for interview after medicals. You can consider medicals to be the last step.

3) Not always they do , it's upto the discretion of the visa officer, only when they sense a need to contact/verify with your employer. Visa officers are trained to spot discrepancies in your application.

4) Again the visa officers are aware of the local uni scene in the country, there are certain universities which may have low rating/ not so good reputation or have little trustworthiness. It depends entirely on the officer. I don't think it should be a problem for you.

No one will know your application/documents more than you. Trust yourself. Don't worry too much.

Dear Earlypoter

It seems like right now for VO has the priority for the previous applicant except NDVO. They are rock and roll. ( The reason behind NDVO is getting a lot of visa they are actually dealing with few countries applicant compare LVO, Buffallo. )They also working with MI3 applicant but with a priority of previous applicant. Not only Rehan Sami but Explorer986 from our forum also got visa this days. I don't think there is a connection between NOC and early processing.

Patience!! Patience!!! Thats what we all are showing.....

Dear friend thanks for sharing this post .It seems from this email that LVO is busy clearing the back log right now and MI3 applicants are not a priority at present.But if we look at REHAN SAMI'S case who also is our dear forumite we find that he also being an LVO MI3 applicant got his visa recently!Is it by chance or LVO is sending those NOCs visas which are in high demand! ???.....All forumites please comment...

Thanks kkr I'm proud of my city, the most happening in India ' Mumbai'. Ironically, the whole of television industry & half of Bollywood lives in my neighborhood & I am leaving all of them behind for Canada...Holy Cow! You will soon get it, just don't worry. It came by registered post & took 7 days.
