Our spreadsheet looks so colorful!! Kudos to all spreadsheet administrators! Congrats to all of you who have progressed from one stage to another! We finally got our passports with visa stamped!! Yay!!!!!
it was stamped on March 6, but just received in hand today due to the Customs strike here....

Wow!!!!! Nice feeling ..... End of stage 1, beginning of stage 2.... Landing preps....

After the examination

- However the DMP will also provide you with the photocopy of the completed medical examination forms for each applicant. You should submit these to our office, along with a photocopy of the passport which was presented at the time of examination for each applicant.


What form is it referring to ..when it says "completed medical examination forms" and what photocopy of the passport "You should submit these to our office, along with a photocopy of the passport which was presented at the time of examination for each applicant."

For me, DMP didn't do anything on the passport. What photocopy it is refering too? Please let me know

1) Form A (Section A) that is signed with a seal on it, by the DMP.

2) Copies of your latest passport. The one you took to your DMP so that s/he may cross check. There is no signature fromt he DMP reqd on this.

hi forax. i have also applied under same category. how have u got register for clip session at chandigarh. it will be of great help if you will guide me. i had registered but there was no option of chandigarh.

Please go through this link. Click on the "register" button. You may register yourself there.

They will get back to you with date and venue, when they come to your city. Otherwise you may have to travel to one of the other locations (Delhi will be closest for you).

BRo DMP will provide you with the receipt of the payment of the medicals and also the xerox of the first page of your medical application form.

send both and regarding passport copy, I sent complete copy of my passport along with original passport
