you can include your younger brother as dependent (dependent other - type A)
READ THE GUIDE
Dependant's Personal Details

Question 1-9
Questions 1 to 9 are identical to the questions you answered for yourself. Refer to the previous instructions to help you answer the questions for your dependant(s).

Question 10
From the list, select your dependant's relationship to you, the principal applicant:
Adopted Child
Child
Common-law partner
Grandchild
Other
Spouse
Step-Child
Step-Grandchild
Complete if you chose “Other”
Question 11
Check the box to indicate whether or not, your dependant will accompany you to Canada?
If you answered “No”, provide the reason why your dependant is non-accompanying.
Question 12
From the list, select the type of dependant child:

Type AThe child is under the age of 22 and is single (not married and not in a common-law relationship).
Type BThe child has been continuously enrolled in and in attendance as a full‑time student at a post-secondary institution accredited by the relevant government authority and has depended substantially on the financial support of a parent either:
since before the age of 22, or
since marrying or entering into a common-law relationship (if it happened before the age of 22).
Type CThe child is 22 years of age or older, has depended substantially on the financial support of a parent since before the age of 22, and is unable to provide for himself or herself because of a medical condition.

Hai seniors …

My ECAS is still IN Process Since 18th January 2012 . I Applied on 18/10/2011 and got per on 12/01/2012.

No changes in in ECAS . normally in others cases I saw that received by VO . But in my case its only we received your application on 18/10/2012. And nothing there

My vo is LONDON.

Is this any error or my application is still with CIO .

PLS ADVISE

Yea that's what...whenever I go for shopping or anything to be done...!! I am not sure about what to do..??

If same trend by all the VO continues then only one type of professionals are going to earn the most and that would be psychiatrists :(
as numbers of depression and mania patients they are going to get..!!
coz suspense over one's future plans looks good if it is for 10 or 20 days but here there are no such limits..!!
months and months of uncertainty....!!

Yeah! that's why I agree with Big O when he says LVO process of sending MR & PPR separately makes more sense. This way you are 99% sure of visa when the PPR request is out.

You started preps with shopping?...Okay, you are a bachelor. That's one of the last things on my list only after NDVO decides to award me the PR. I hope so.

exactly dear

we still have hell lot of things to do

Shopping, forex exchange, flight tickets, arranging accommodation, job search and a lot more other stuff and everything takes their time, we cant decide or do these things in hurry

And we are planning to land somewhere around April end or May...

And after looking at this trend. Only thing we can see is disappointment. there should be some deadlines for each step..

Abhi,
i really agree with you.
they should have some sort of deadlines for every step.
atleast they should be a bit more transparent.

What about families with young kids who are moving? They also have to do something about the house & car ( talking about nuclear families here) , preparing kids for the move besides other things which you will do. Kids don't like to leave their school , teachers, relatives , best friends, bikes & other stuff behind. They are possessive about everything & don't want to come out of their comfort zone.

Comparatively, bachelors have it easy.

I agree with you dear.. The list is never ending, and talking about being single or Family. yes I agree that a person going with family has lot more burden on them... But still dear RKC, everyone has to struggle.
I just pray my Sai to give me strength and show me the right way......

Don't worry, hope things will look up soon.
