Congrats !!
Yours and Arrowsmom's dates of PER and AOR match which is interesting. Looks like CIO is transferring the without delays. Most of the people appear to be getting their AOR within 20 days these days. I'm sure you would be expecting MR in another 20 days.
I'm behind you by one week. I got my PER on 9th Feb. So hoping good news arrives in a week.
On the other hand, I could relate quick processing to the news below. The targets are high for 2012 .. haan
"CIC will accept between 55,000 and 57,000 skilled workers for 2012, an increase of 8-10,000 from the current figure of 47,000. The greater focus on skilled migration is part of CIC's recognition of the positive benefits skilled labour has for the Canadian economy. There is a new points system coming into affect to attract immigrants from skilled trades with no University Degrees"
???? btw one question, can we equate the duration between PER and AOR with the time taken to courier the file from CIO to VO ?
regards,
thanks smartpt...SmartPT said:Congrats mayank, within 1 month u can expect ur medicals.

I have silently following this thread for some time, Thank you for all the helpful information you have provided.
Please add me to the spreadsheet:
NOC 1233 (Claims adjuster & insurance examiner)
VO: Berlin, Germany
Application receiverd by CIO: 12-02-2011
Fee cashed: 01-25-2012
Payment method: CC
PER: 02-21-2012
You will not rcv an AOR from LVO. You can expect your MR directly. Though the wait for MR would be slightly long for LVO.Miki27 said:Hello everybody!
I have a question for all "London Visa Office" applicants. I have received my PER on 15th February 2012 and was wondering if I will get an AOR from London Visa Office once they receive my application. Or will it only show on my e-cas status (RBVO) once London received it?
I appreciate any clarification.

alaindotcom said:I am doing the CIIP on the 29th of Feb. I will be on vacation in the southern Philippine city of Davao. The Manila CIIP team was nice enough to bring the seminar to Davao. Very accommodating, very thoughtful. I think there were a few other Davao residents who were supposed to fly to Manila on the 29th. Now they don't have to. The CIIP is coming to them.
If anybody in this group is from Davao City, and ready for the CIIP, I suggest you write the CIIP team asap. Join the session on the 29th. It's going to be at the Grand Regal Hotel. Meet up time!
