My Consultant Called me today and informed they have got My MR on Wednesday 15 - Feb - 2012.

You can send your PPs/RPRF draft/ meds proof by Blue Dart, as Fedex has a company policy of not taking shipments which contain Passports. Blue Dart will deliver To CHC , immigration section office directly & not to their PO Box. The fastest delivery option they have is Priority 10:30 which costs around Rs 450 from Mumbai to Delhi.

Yes, sure, I didn't mean this for MI3 applicants, it's just many of us have friends who applied in 2008/09 or even earlier, and their applications are stuck, and they can't reapply because their NOCs are not on the list, so this looks like a good chance for them.

In this case,the information posted by you is correct ashtoshka! and for Manitoba you don't need to have employment offer.
Same thing applies to Quebec FSW program, the only difference is the "French Language" knowledge.
