Ahh... I forgot to tell you guys one information that I found on mycandavisa.com about 2 months ago.now said:No change in eCAS at all
They have posted a statement that ,this march 31, Case processing center in Vienna will be closed for pocessing Quebec applications and it will be moved to Montreal.
This might affect the process of federal application and the activity of all Europe VO's...?
Maybe this is the reason for all the delays....?
