is it the reason y my medical delay because my wife is a Filipino resident and I'm Indian and we are both reside in UK...

We are asking the same question as we are in the similar situation (we are from two different countries living in a third country), I don't think there is statistics for such cases, but it seems that some delays are very possible. But don't worry, sooner or later it will come!
