CIO sydney takes about 3-4 weeks to transfer your application to the concerned visa office. After that, each visa office has its own processing times. For now, New Delhi is the fastest followed by Manila and London. Others are pretty slow. Some visa offices such as buffalo can take upto more than 2 years also.

By the way, do you know what your visa office is?

It can be either the Visa office of your home country or the country you are currently living in for the past one year.

Just want to mention that FSW2 takes a little longer at the CIO in order to verify the authenticity of the job offer.

Dear bro i am so sorry as I was away. And its so sad to know. And i think you both should see if waiter comes in any one of these categories on the CIC website and if you find it then take its print out. and make an explanation letter and fax it to CIC with request of reconsideration.and for solid assistance send PM to qorax.

We have done already a written consideration requst today and sent it by Fax and e-mail it to CIO office.
Is the first time when i hear that CIO is not taking in consideration work experience in another NOC besides the one that is listed in the 29 list occupation, provable with documents.

Anyhow we'll wait and see the outcome....I' ll keep you posted bro..
