I am sorry to be the one telling you this jeffrey23. The CAP for 0631 filled up by mid Sep itself. The updates on the CIC website is outdated. They're going to send youback your application. And it has all your important documents. So it would do you good to keep a close watch on your old mail box for a while.

It wouldn't help to send in your change of address now as your application must already be on its way back.

Do make it on time for this year. Send in your application by first week of July as soon as MI4 is announced. Keep an eye out for it.

I am so hoping and praying that all the MRs for Aug and Sep should be done with by this week end. Can take another 4 days, but more than that would be tough!!
