Only address disappeared on ecas and rest is same. It still shows that your application was received on 31 August.

I just intimated the LVO that am married and my wife is pregnant and that they should tell me what document and credentials is needed for my wife update. My status is In Process awaiting MR.

Do you think I will still receive the MR soonest with the information I sent to the LVO?
