I found below sentence while searching the cic website:

NOTE: Due to regular maintenance, CIC online services will not be available Saturday, February 4, 2012, from 8:00 a.m. EST to 1:00 p.m. EST.

Hope this will reduce my forum friends anxiety.

nsandhu1...no offence meant, but in my personal opinion, consultants are the biggest goofs....well not all, but a significant lot.

NDVO sends AOR thru email these days. Ask them to check their SPAM folder. Would you believe that some of our friends here were waiting for PER and those were lying in the COnsultant's SPAM folder.

So there............

Thanks for letting me know about it. On the other note, there is nothing to feel offended. Even now, I am regretful about my decision of applying through consultants. I already had a bad experience with them. They let me know about my PER a month later from the date they received.

As for AOR, you should have got it long back as per timeilines that we have noticed here. In my opinion you should send a case specific enquiry to New Delhi VO.

RPRF fees is to be paid only for principal applicant or for spouse too???....i mean how much i have to pay 490 dollar or 2*490 dollar as RPRF??

FOR THE PEOPLE WHO HAS GOT UPDATED POF REQUEST

Dear friends,
Dont be confused or worried about that.
U just have to send an updated bank cerificate only , myself and 2 more friends of mine did the same.
As u can not borrow money ,
Lol but there is a catch ' ur parents or in-laws can allways gift u money which can be proved on a Rs 10 stamp paper if incase asked at the later stage and its not a loan .
VO is only intrested to know whether u are capable to arrange the given amount or not.
Dont ever take any lone from the bank at this stage to cover up ur POF .

But in all honesty, don't you think your updated bank account balance should be able to take care of the number of family member you are updating including yourself.
