Today I received email response to my enquiry from LVO
Dear Madam / Sir,
This is in response to your enquiry.
Your application is waiting to be reviewed by an immigration officer. No further action is required by you at this time.
Our office will contact the applicant when a decision has been made or if further information is required. Immigration decisions and information requests are sent by post or email to the addresses provided in the application.
We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

I sent LVO a case specific enquiry and got the generic response that everyone else received.

Let's hope a visa officer finally gets around to my application.

Hello,
Don't worry about your file, some of the applications have to go through a background check which explains the delay of some of the applications.

If your officer feels that you have provided documents that are not clear, he will request a verification of these documents or they might request you for an interview.

You have at least got a response (which many from LVO are waiting for)...and you know for sure your application has rchd VO and is under process. Like I was telling earlier in the day, there are hardly any rejections from VO. You got your PER and that's the big thing...now it's only a matter of time. I know this wait can be highly stressful. Have faith and prayers are with you
