This morning brings a wonderful news for me. I got the request of MR, RPRF and PCC. I am really happy.

I received it about an hour before. The date of my letter was 13.01.11. Unfortunately I have to do it next month as I will be out of my city due to a job training.

My best wishes for those forum members who are waiting for their PER/MR/PPR.

Yikes... Mine is a big story.. Although the medical papers were issued on Nov 23 like you.. We got them in hand only on December 28 and at that time we were on vacation. So, we first scheduled our medical exams on Jan 3, but postponed due to my husbands work commitments.. Btw, he's the Principal Applicant. Then it was rescheduled to Jan 11th, again rescheduled due to son's exam date on the same day and finally we did it on Jan 15 and sent RPRF also on the same day. The doctors office said they would get the results only in 7-10 days... So not time yet... The RPRF has been received as per FedEx.

You should be receiving your passport request soon!!! All the best dear Big O!!

The last security clearance is pending from my side, and I know that this is not a priblem in my case however it might take sometime for them to find any information about me (I don't travel much, Never voted, never been in trouble...) still, I am not in hurry as I have to wait for my son to complete his academic year...

VOs overpower CIO's decision, this is a fact! However, if your points adds up to 67 (regardless of your language points) you will certainly go through the process just like anyone else.

No secrets my dear, only a well organized application where officers will find answers for their questions (good consultants can help you with that). A good application will save you the hussle of an interview (2 months delay)

The priority for cio is the last MI, (so this year it is MI3, next year it will be MI4....) which explains why everyone is moving faster this year.

Of course, prayers and hard work will help you a lot
