Yes, you should inform the VO about it so that they can tell you the list of documents you will need to send when your baby is born. Since you are from London VO, you will not get a AOR. Assuming that your application reaches 30days after the PER, I think you are good to tell them anytime. It is highly possible that you will get your MR before the baby is born. You cannot anyways complete your MR with the expecting child.
as for now, London is still working on July applicants and there is still some time for you to receive yours. You can also wait until London reaches september and tell them when you are close enough.
