BTW, I guess this is why Canada is such a peacefull country although they have people from the four corners of the globe, I mean look at us! We are all "living in harmony" regardless of our backgrounds. We all deserve the privilage of a better future.

Guys, if an applicant received an NER, can she able to re-apply on the same MI knowing that her NOC is not a fast-filled item..? TIA
