Hi all

Have been very quiet on this forum since we got PER, due to toddler and f/t job keeping me busy.

We received our Med Requests yesterday, delighted! London VO are pushing things forward...

Admin: Can you kindly update the spreadsheet to reflect this. Thanks! and good luck all. Will try posting a little more and reading thorugh the recent posts to see what's been going on lately...

_ A separate and newly completed Additional Family Information form (IMM5406) bearing
original signatures for yourself and Spouse/Common-law partner. Please submit

_ A completed Application for Permanent Residence form (IMM0008) for yourself. Please
submit updated forms, including the information of the new born, duly signed and dated.

_ Proof of funds for yourself, and all family members. Please submit updated Proof of
Funds for a family of THREE This must be received at this office by: 02/11/2012
_ Passport size photographs (photographs must conform to the specifications outlined in
the Guide to Immigrating IMM 3999 and Appendix B Photo Specifications) for the child
This must be received at this office by: 02/11/2012
_ Valid passport or travel document Copies of all pages of the passport for the child. This
must be received at this office by: 02/11/2012
_ Height and eye color details for the child This must be received at this office by:
02/11/2012
_ Birth registration/certificate for the child This must be received at this office by:
02/11/2012
_ Please submit processing fees for the child. This must be received at this office by:
02/11/2012
_ All forms must be signed and dated. Incomplete forms will result in a delay in the
processing of your application. For all requested forms, questions must be answered in
full. Details must be provided for every month/year since the age of 18. Do not leave any
gaps or blanks. Write 'NONE' in the box if the question is not applicable to you.

Failure to submit them within that time period could result in the refusal of your application.

All consultants are like same.. They never give full and correct information..

Till now My consultant dont update me about my AOR and updates from NDVO except PER..

it happened with my friend as well, then he got the email and password from the consultant was was registered with application.. and he was shocked to see that consultant did'nt even mailed the NDVO about the child and then my friend sent the mail on his own and got this reply

Except Permanent Residence form (IMM0008) all other things I have send to NDVO on 22nd Nov..
But no update from NDVO about form IMM0008.. any issue dear.. Not submitted form IMM0008 along with the second set of documents..

Dear stranger, I received my PER on the 15th of Dec. and my ecas is the same. IMO our files have reached the vo but are in the waiting list. That's what I think. Someone more knowledgeable may be able to add their input.

"In process" comes after "RBVO" .. so you have missed "RBVO"..
Your application is with your VO now.. you will get your AOR soon..

I was able to get my file number 8 weeks after application was sent to Sydney by writing
an e-mail to them.
Since then, no change whatsoever, no line RBVO or another AOR from CIO.
Anyhow I will wait another week and contact them again.

I never got the RBVO status either. It was direct IN PROCESS. Don't worry, it will all turn out for the best.
