Finally submitted my application again this morning...wat to say these stupid DHL service...they refused to send the courier cz according to their knowledge postal code of N.S. is wrong..my GOD..they wasted my 1 hour only on this..then they said their computer is not recognizing the postal code so write down the adress manually...i dont know whether my package will reach on destination or not..really a stupid lady on counter...: @ ...

I noticed for Manila VO that days elapsed bet appln to encashment/encashment to PER issuance has been shortened from 70++ / 80++ days to 60++/70++ days respectively 8) ;D
