yes, if it has not been processed. but if it has been placed into processing and found to be ineligible, your fee will not be refunded anymore.

but i read in this thread that some people havent receved their fee back after NER...

when we got ner due to cap reached, we got the processing fee back and the whole application package. prior to that, when we got ner due to not meeting the minimum requirements, we got back our processing fee but not the application package.

and during the time that i had my EX AGENT, i keep asking when i will have my pf back, they said its not yet with them but later on i learned from CIO when i made an inquiry, they have returned it (a week after i think) after i got nerRED at the cc used. my EX AGENT kept the info from me for more than 2months, good thing i inquired w/ cio...

My Ecase is showing the following since I received PER.

We received your application.

We sent you a letter on 28th Sep 2011.

We started processing your application on 28th Sep 2011

But what I am noticing applicants didnt get the last line at the time of receving PER, anybody is having the same situation as mine.
