You should be in. Don't worry please. I know how this phase is as I have been through it myself, walking a much tighter rope. My CAP was closed and I hadn't even heard of my BD being charged.

You saw this morning Ashotshka got her PER. She is 13th Oct applicant. Just wait for 2 to 3 weeks and you will get your PER.

I would suggest you call CIC after a week. Say around Friday coming week. You will be reassured. No point calling now as the front end team might not have your info on their system and that might stress you even more. So call coming Friday or the following Monday.

its appeared online that they start processing my file on DEC6,2011. but after that i havenot heard anything from them ...no email, no phone call to me or to my employer, no mail. nothing...Is this something common. what u guys think.
Please give me ur feedback

my agent called me yesterday to inform me about my medical notice..I still dont know the exact date of its issuance from CEM..will go to manila next week..Thank you Almighty God.Thank you Jesus.

I have a good news to share with you all my friends.

And that is I have got new line added in my ecas today, my address re-appeared on 6th Jan,2012 and today i just log in and saw this

"We started processing your application on January 4, 2012."

I hope my MR is on its way... 8)

Hi everyone..my friend has applied for FSW july 2011 in 3152 registered nurses category but unfortunately the agent told her dat CAP is full. is there anyone who applied in 3152 and got his/her file no. for further processing? and 1 thing more, right now i am in Canada on study permit and i want that my friend come here 1st on study permit and after landing here drop her studies and apply for July 2012 3152. Is it possible to do??

studying in Canada earn more point, and her application is processed even faster. And also the benefits of acquiring Canadian work experience which is a big plus

My application for 2121 have received on 14th Oct2011.
My visa office is London & Mode of payment is BD.
There is no response after that and according to bank no BD encashment as of 28Dec2011.

Should i call CIO on 13th Jan(90 days complete) or wait untill 120 days?
In Fact i am worried about cap reached on 2121.

Expert Opinion ------> U can place an inquiry about the status of ur application after 6 weeks of submission.

My opinion ---> Call them and tell that ur BD was encashed and u want ur file number/UCI number..........(dont worry whether it was actually encashed or not)
