hi fellow members how are u all ....

i havent been follolwing so much lately after my refusal but i was preparing some french language for quebec will give my exam in february ...

i was wondering if any one from our forum have applied or is preparing for quebec too then i would like to get in touch and discuss some points ... so if any member can help me with some member names would b great as far as i remember i read on the forum once about someone preparing for quebec

Sabu79, I have now received my medical papers.... My address has never disappeared on Ecas and I used to check my Ecas daily.. Keep praying! I will also pray for you to have peace of mind and God give you what your heart desires..

Our medicals scheduled for today has been postponed to Jan 11th due to my husband's urgent work commitments...

My application date is 21 days later than you but till now no news from MR, I observe those who have better IELTS score having faster process, am I right?
One more, does LVO asked you to submiy your PCC together with RPRF and MR? since ive heard they will ask seperately.

No such date... They have asked us to send medical forms completed and RPRF within 60 days from date of MR letter.. That is By Jan 23.

Those who have sent their medical papers already, the doctor sends the reports directly right and we send the rest separately..?

From what I have read in the posts....yes thats how it is. Doc sends his report directly and you send the rest of the stuff separately.

I have a query: if an applicant is applying in MI3 and he has already an application filed in 2006. Will he be required to provide details of the old application.

you can mention this in ur MI3 application. There is a case for MI2 applicant who also has 2005 pending application, since MI2 is really fast it overtook her 2005 application. When her MI2 application was placed in process, she was asked w/c applications she'd like to withdraw and she w/drew of course the 2005 "slow" one. She was likewise advised what to do, how to do the w/wal procedure. She and her family now has VISA and they moved to Manitoba.

i read the whole guide and check list for many times but i am little confused about the proof of funds there is no mentioned about the duration of bank statement , i am also cofused about the job description letter. i have downloaded the job duties of plumber from cic website but what should be the style of job description letter either it sholud be point to point or in paragraph.
i have worked as plumber in heavy industries , my expereince letter may be of 6 to 8 pages.
please help

You just need to submit a "Bank Certificate". Need not submit a statement. Once you have declared that money in your account, please do not move that money to any other account or use it for any other purpose. If and when the VO asks for your statement (sometimes they do I believe), then they should see that the amount in untouched.

About duties and responsibilties. Do not worry about it being 6 to 8 pages. Some have sent much longer ones. Just ensure 2 things. 1) DO NOT COPY PASTE any sentence from the NOC description. 2) PLEASE ENSURE you write down EVERY SMALL duty that you may have performed. No single duty is irrelavant, if you have performed it in your profession. SO JUST MENTION EVERYTHING. 3) After you have completed writing your duties, just go over the NOC description and also the summary, and see if all the main words used by them are reflecting in your duty list. If not, try and accomodate them. Replace the terms what you might have used to describe your duties, to a close counterpart from the list of words used by CIC.

Its almost 45 days over since I have received PER after that no news from NDVO...!! ??? ???
No News about AOR

What do you all think ?
Is it possible that people may receive direct MR, no AOR in between? Have you heard of such instances?
