Hello

my PR application was withdrawn by IRCC in error and i have submitted reconsideration request for it but haven’t heard anything back on it. i have 2 questions

1. Now if i want to go through JR process how much does it cost in total the whole process to get our file reopened?

2.Can someone suggest me the names of good lawyers who can help me in this process

How is possible for them to withdraw your application ?

There should be mechanisms/procedures in place for them to even initiate it, not to mention close the case entirely.

I had two pr applications in process , i wanted to withdraw my other application, but not the main one , i also got an adr for withdrawal request for main application and in response i sent them an explanation letter saying i wanted to withdraw other application but not my second application. But they still withdrew it
