Application fot leave was submitted on 7th jan. Then 30 day time to submit application record
My study permit was approved got passport request and was later refused. With the help of an attorney i filed for judicial review and received a settlement offer (out of court settlement). Finally my application has been reopened and received an update to submit my bank statement. Do I need to attach additional information ie letter of explanation regarding funds going into my bank account etc or just need to print the bank statement and submit. Any assistance/advice on here would well appreciated.
After how long since you received the settlement offer did they reopen the case? Please tell. Also regarding your query it is better to describe the source of funds along with bank statement.
As far as I understand, since no new document should be submitted, you only need to send them what they ask for. It's not a new application, it's a reopening of an existing application.

In the settlement offer that IRCC sends they have a clause were in after reopening the case the applicant can submit additional documents to further strengthen the case. This should be done when in the account there is a request for additional documents.
