Judicial Review Against Visitor Visa

Anybody can guide about a judicial review against visitor visa refused. I have my parents in law in Canada, who invited me. My wife and kids have already valid visas, I applied for myself separately.

Shall we go for appeal to Immigration Appeal Division (IAD) or shall we have to go for judicial review? what will be cost and procedure of Judicial Review? Is there any example and timeline, if someone won such case?

You have been trying to get into Canada for the last 10 years and you haven't given up. Some of your threads state you wanted to enter as an immigrant then as student and now a visitor. I am sure IRCC also knows all this and they won't ever give you a visa. Stop trying stick to Australia.

Thanks for your comment, before 10 years I wanted to immigrate, but now my circumstances have changed, Now I earning more in home country than a person can earn in Canada, so I dont want to move to Canada as immigrant. As I have my parents in Law there, and I think any body have right and emotions to meet their parents. what you say?

What’s stopping them from flying to meet you ?
You don’t have a right to a visa
