@DesiPikachu first of all I really thankful to you for these links which you sent me here. After all the hard work i prepared my judicial review file myself without any lawyer and paid just 50$. The whole file took arround to months to prepared. I submitted judicial review myself on 7 Janaury and received settlement proposal from IRCC lawyer on 18 February. Now waiting for file reopening. This done because of u and encouragement from @aspirant256. This thread was enough lucky for me where people paid 8000$ and i only paid 50$

Take this opinion from my yrs of exp. [Written from VO lens]
V.O [for a change] is very clear and detailed in notes - wont' stand in JR or even a leave may be denied
Clearly accorded less weight for COR
Re - work and go for high end course and give a gap - All of your actions is only adding negatives and urge to reach Canada
There are cases which passed through [i.e., certificate after Masters]; however yours is not one among them.
If chosing a certificate or lower than Masters; choose something that constantly changes syllabus adapting to Industry changes /standards

I got settlement
My file is still in process. I submitted all documents in Aug 2021. I dont know how much more wait.

Thanks for sharing your experience with us. It's unfortunate that the IRCC refused your application again. I just went through a JR, and knew how challenging it was to wait for such a long time. Sincerely I hope you succeed in your second JR.

@BojourCanada hi dear. Kindly share ur experience. U can see my details in signature. I have refused three times and then all hopes were dead to study in canads. Finally i did judicial review without any lawyer and without any support. Just i had past experience for judicial review UK Study visa which i did alone and succeed and got visa. With that believe i did for canada and luckily its worked any i received settlement proposal within 2 weeks of judicial review and now waiting for file reopening
Just clarifying but you do realize that having your file reopened doesn’t mean approval. Would save your excitement until you get the results of the file being reassessed.
I know that but now chances have been increased for approval and chances reduced for refusal
U soon get ppr, what else they asked after reopening the file
Shame on IRCC for making people waste so much of their time to interrogate the work they do. Don't they have KPI's, audits, senior managers to ensure VO are doing their job properly? My past applications were refused by bots(who reject in 48 hours and send notice to applicants after 3 months) and a real human only intervenes when asked for GCMS notes and then they again take 90 days to write them. How about they invest that time to really evaluate profiles properly! Sorry for the rant but it is unbelievable how ignorant IRCC is of the impact it has on people because of their sheer laziness.
