Thanks.. as per my point 1 in the first post making this affidavit itself is complicated.

As in my region the affidavit is made in Arabic and that too on plain piece of paper not even a legal stamp paper etc. And the next headace is English translation which again comes with just one stamp from a typing center only..
Basically it's not a straight forward process like in many other countries.

You do not need any affidavits or stamp paper. All you need is a written declaration sign by the accompanying spouse. The declaration will state that they, holder of passport number xxxxxxx, who is an accompanying spouse in the PR application filed by ______ have no objection in _________using the funds held in my account, bearing number _______, with bank ______ for the purpose of settlement in Canada.

Also attach the bank statements and a letter from bank.

No need for any affidavits, stamp paper or translations.

Hi..I need an advice

I do not have joint bank account or any real estate proof with my husband's name. All I have is a ration card with both our names and address and a family clone certificate which is made in himachal which has my name added with my husband and his parents.

I have added his name in my insurance here in Canada which is provided by my workplace.

Are these proofs enough?
