Hi,

I sent full documents on 13th jan,2011 to CHC london but have not received 2nd AOR yet, is it OK if they dont sent 2nd AOR?

My brother sent his full Docs in Oct, 2009 and never received 2nd AOR and his status turned in process in April, 2011, any one with the same situation?

I did not receive 2nd AOR, then I emailed them and got reply that they have sent already by normal mail on 20th Jan 2010 and in the email they mentioned new file number for the visa office. New file number is the main info in 2nd AOR, so I consider that i have received, and not worrying about getting the paper of 2nd AOR.

It happened with many people, just mail them

I am just wondering about the pre June applicants, who sent their document from April 2010 onwards directly to London VO.. did any of them contacted by visa office apart from 2nd AOR. For anything like additional documents request or incomplete application etc?

Dear wait and pray. We all are facing same situation.

For pre june 2010 applicants. CHC taking 12 to 15 months for medical and 18 to 24 months for whole process till visa. (After submission of full documents).

Nope! No Communication from their side, it is US who have been posting queries every now and then, which they mostly do not even bother to read and respond with a standard mail.

should we take status change from PBVO to IN PROCESS(with RBVO details) a part of communication from VO as many of us (pre june applicants) having this change? how do u see that?

Agreed :)

Until and Unless we receive or observe some actual results i suppose that status change cannot be considered as much. Applicants who received Medical Requests mostly (99%) got an In-Process Date.

Applicants have been getting "In Process" written on the cover with the same old RBVO details inside since Jan, i got the same on 8th Feb, and in due time it was inquired but the same standard replies were received.

All Fellows,

Alhamdulillah finally I received an e-mail from CHC London to submit the following information to CHC London within 45 days.

Photocopy of Passport of each family member
Two recent photographs of each family member
Updated information chart.

According to the email in second phase CHC London will issue the instruction to submit the Original passports to CHC Islamabad after checking and updating the requested information.

Thank you all the form members for the support, guidance, and encouragement you have provided me.

Agreed, so it means all IN PROCESS with RBVO details an outcome of system error and Canada1234 is correct that IN PROCESS with date would actually determine the case direction. Do we ahve any examples having status change from 'IN PROCESS-RBVO' to 'IN PROCESS with date' just to eveluate the length of time involved during this change?

After getting IN Process date it takes minimum 4 weeks to maximum 6 months for medical.

Internet Scam Alert

Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) has been advised of an Internet visa scam that involves a convincing copy of the CIC website. An e-mail message (noreply @ cic.gc.ca) advises recipients that: “they have been selected for a free Canadian visa” and it includes a link to a fraudulent website: http://aslcpanthers.com/visa.html

E-mail recipients are asked up front to provide personal information and pay an initial fee.

Beware of Internet scams and false websites. Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC)'s official website home page is www.cic.gc.ca. Remember, if even one character is different, that means it's a different website. All Government of Canada websites end in “.gc.ca”
