withdrawing your application at this stage seems very strange. of course it is your own decision but please reconsider. most of the people on this forum are well educated and well settled in their fields. If they are still immigrating then most of them are doing for the safe and clear future of their children. for better future.

if you have financial problems then sell any property if you have.

I was a member of this forum before , like year ago may be but i think my name has been removed due to lack of posts activity , i had sent my docs to CHC London on 22 April 2010. And my medical request along with updated police certificates and PR fee request was sent to me on 25th may 2012.But i want to withdraw my case due to personal conveniences so i am looking for correct email address of CHC London where i can send my withdrawl email.And also can you please tell me am i entitled to any refund of fees at this stage of my application?

Aarfie, This is right these are important duties for a manager, others are engineer's duties as well. If you missed these from cic list it is a mistake from your side.

Very sad that such expert person is refused... One observation of mine dear and I might be wrong...the above JDs are more reflecting your personal expertise/traits etc. where as 0213 NOC is for managers which mainly involves training, development, recommendations, forecasting, budgeting and supervision... Your JDs reflects more on supervision of systems etc. on your own... But you can explain these factors in ur appeal if u like ..

Those who submitted medicals in feb to till today 2012, still only 3 list members got medicals received line.

This would be understandable to only an IT professional.
cz the EDP are the business applications.
and i had mentioned all types of business applications like.
Inventory, payroll, production.
and definitely i have to manage these application after some process.
like analysis, develop, deploy and after that regular changes.
i had also mention about the meetings with the head office and plant side management to manage IT related issues.
i have also mentioned the team management.
yes i don't hold the task of budge management.
cz this is done by our GM IT.
i have to follow that rules.
well this is all about.
any how i don't mind even if they had rejected me.
cz i had always prayed to my sweet Almighty Allah.
"if this would be best for me then you should chose me to be immigrant other i am happy with my current life."
so i have no worries about this.
but as a project manager. i have to complete it up-to end.
