i do the same with no letter to explain the situation..and it works for me.. no problem..dont be so over-efficient
do what they ask..

Everybody please help me out with my problem I took out money from my property and made a sudden deposit of the money in my bank account, will it be a probl for me or should I just provide a bank certificate because the certificate will not show a sudden deposit, what do you suggest please help me out with a straight answer and I don't wanna send any cover letter to make them suspicious, opinions from different people will be welcomed

today my ECAS turned to Decision Made. Status prior to this was 'In process' with same old details.

Havent received any correspondence yet, but lets see. Will inform you guys whenever i receive it.

"We received your application for permanent residence on January 25, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 9, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the London England office on March 16, 2010. The London England office may contact you.

We transferred your application to the London England office on July 27, 2010. The London England office may contact you.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."

And my NOC is 0213.....remember in your prayers.....take care

I don't see any line"We rewieved your application and started processing on...." if the line is not there inside details but only In process outside may its a six month letter

1 year bank statement..and 70% funds requirement was being deposited in the last month

Hello friends, I hope Ghauri has been told u about my refusal. My status was below when 'in process' changed into 'decision made',
"The London England office may contact you.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision." same as of Inam Raheem's. I dont want to dis-heart u inam raheem but just telling u what happened.

Following were 2 reasons for refusal, My Refusal letter is full of stupidity... follow the jokes of the year.

1- I wrote I am at this position since April 2003 and still on it, but he objected "u have not worked even for 1 year at this position in last 10 years....lol, How does that magician came to know????

2- Second objection is that my job duties are mismatching with required NOC 0632 duties......I wrote everything which a hotel related person should perform like, to look after guests, meeting with companies etc etc...I wrote every that duty which were mentioned in that NOC........what does he expect more from a hotel director? ....should I also learn welding, auto mechanic, steel fixer or crane operator?.....lol ...non sence.

I am 100% sure they even didnt check my file, not only mine but many others bcz they just want to clear backlog.

That's what made me afraid of that if I sent them an old statement there will be not enough money but they will see a huge deposit of the required funds at once and the senior members say its not good and the VO want to see the required funds for a long time, is it true or just a guess

what I feel is that 0632 has been eliminated in new NOC list, means they dont require hotel related persons anymore and not in demand in their "job market requirement".
so they discourage them. The fool objections tell story like this.

i told u my situation..and i think i am quite senior as well u can see mytimelines and make your decisions...u have to take your decisions..
