For 3 people you required 16,967CAD$ or equivalent amount in your own currency. You can make bank draft when you intend to travel. Bank Draft can be en-cashed in 2-3 days after reaching canada. Just make a ratio of 80%-20%. Like 80% Bank draft and 20% cash.

I think the one you recieved is 2nd AOR as file No. issued second time by the visa office is the one future correspondance will be referenced to. 2nd AOR also details the time limits within which the VO change e-cas status to ''IN PROCESS'' and Medical forms are sent off afterwards. ARkhan would need to confirm if is it his first AOR that probably comes in by email from Nova Scotia or issued him from London VO that comes by POST? (Above all is based on my personal experience as my 2nd AOR detailing time limits alongwith some instructions on interview if required, some web links to visit for grabing infor to prepare for further)

one of my frnd who is alreadi in cnada on wrk permit got letter from CHC stating that they ve acceptd him but the decision is defered for 6 months as his occpatn is not in priority at the moment and wen cnada wil required they wil issue him visa. he is geologist and he said CHC is issuing visas to those only wo r still in the skills on demand list rest r packed in boxes.

Wrong perception. Haven't you seen people are getting visa's. CIC can't violate their own rules. Your friend might have been hold for some other reason.

Within the 20,000 cap, a maximum of 1,000 Federal Skilled Worker applications per eligible occupation will be considered for processing each year.These limits do not apply to applications with an offer of arranged employment. I would second Canada1234 as breaking their own rules seems hard.Though they are well determined caping the number of new applications due to dealing with large Number of applications recieved is past that yet to be entertained and thats why a lot of disciplines you may find disappeared from the occupation list (NOC) so its too early to say and conclude something on behalf of ur friend

Forgot to add, in light of my previous work experience in UK, work permits are issued and based on emplyers need and push that can later be converted to PR if specific work period of time elapsed.CIC might have put off your frined's case for some other reason not known to you that could probably be relating to tax returns, loss of emplyment etc however cases these days being punched very activly and CIC trying to expedite their efforts to handle maximum case in times never expected b4. so stay with good hopes !
