Please advice

I sent updated form to LVO according to their instructions after my child birth , with updated figure of settlemnt funds . LVO does not requied updated POF with updated forms requirement . Now the amount of settlement funds mentioned in updated forms is higher than the amount i mentioned in my bank statement sent with initial set of documents in July 2011.

What should i do , should i send updated bank statement to LVO or wait for their response ?

regards

Yes u will get it...

thanks againa Arsh! let me make it a bit complicated now: :)

1) out of 24 courses in my MBA, credits of my one course were exempted as I had done it in my BS. my MBA transcript mentions this credit exemption and gives reference of my BS degree. would this make any difference in my points claims?

2) although my MBA was a two year regular program however it was conducted during evenings. would I still get 25 points? my degree and transcript does not say that i did it during evenings.

3) i was working full time while doing my MBA (very common in my country). however that work is irrelevant to my NOC. should i still show that work experience and make the visa officer doubt on my MBA as not a full-time study?

everyone's is more than welcome to respond :)

Yar I guess it's as simple as it was at first place, the VO is interested in ur 4 yr of experience in that NOC, which should be verifiable and according to NOC... How u start career doesn't make any difference.. U changed ur line of profession after obtaining degree which makes ur case looks more positive... Moreover, if ur degree is regular one, they will award u points accordingly regardless of class timings... This is my view point, other may differ :)

Sir Ge,

Dear All,

Finally I received refusal letter from VOL and I am very happy because VO did not mention Miss Match JDs.

VO has given me following points

Education. 25
Age. 10
Exp. 21
Lang. 09
Adap. 00

Total. 65

What a calculation VO said that I am not satisfy with your blood relation and didn't give me adaptability points. VO also not included my spouse education points.

My question is that If VO was not satisfied with my blood relation why he did not consider my wife education.

I think it is clear example of un justice. I can claim 9 more points 5 for blood relation and 4 for spouse 14 years education.

Dear all, please guide me where I send my reconsideration request with more proofs.

I saw in forum.. sunair file is also reopened.

sunair you can please share your experience..

and please also tell me how many days I have left as VO issued this letter on 15th May

Thanks to all specially

countryboy
sunasir
arsalanahmed
jimmy

I was busy that is why i could not reply...... Thanks again I have sent them a letter with more proofs of my uncle and also request them to re-check my spouse education points etc. etc.
Now I want to also send them an email on london-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca........ This is enough or what is Case Specific Enquiry....

Thanks in advance

Don't confuse yourself with too many questions. My understanding is that simply claim MBA as your qualification & show that time as student and then show your job as full time, I mean after completion of MBA. Best thing for you would be to get ready and apply at the earliest in july 2012.

Hope would help.

Dear,I was same condition and VO gave me 25 points..... so don't worry but you have to take a letter from your MBA University showing that your study was full time in evening shift.

Format of letter is as given below which I obtained from my university

To Whom It may Concern

This is to certify that Mr................... S/o ....................... was a bonafide student of MBA......, consists of two years (4 semesters) under reg no..................... He joined the department of ............... in .................... and complete his course in ............... . He was a full time student of this university in evening shift.

This is also certify that the medium of instruction in this university is English.

.................................................................

This letter may release confusion of VO for the same time how he is full time student and full time employee.. best of luck

Dear Bilal, his degree transcripts are not showing its evening program or something, if its regular and degree doesnt show anything... I guess the letter might not be required as VO is not bothered about class timings, what do you say?

Dear Arsh,

You are right, but I think if the work experience time and education time is the same then VO may confuse that how is it possible Full time work and Full time study at same time.

I was same condition during my Masters I was also doing full time job.. so that is why I took a letter from my University for just clarification purpose..

If he is not doing full time job at the time of his MBA then no need of this letter.

This is my opinion and I did the same.

Alhumdullillah, i got PPR-2 today
